Grilled sturgeon and salmon marinated with galangal, Thai-style pickled bamboo shoots, Tay people’s duck stew with sour bamboo, salted pork belly, roasted pork with wild cardamom (sa nhân), Nam Cang bamboo shoots, and mountain frog hotpot — just to name a few. Our drink menu changes with the seasons, featuring both local wines and fresh mountain fruits:
Táo Mèo apple wine, Thanh Kim rice wine, San Lùng rice wine, Bac Ha corn wine, red plum wine from Ta Van, and fresh juices made from Sapa’s plums, peaches, and pears, as well as Ha Giang oranges.
